It's never been easier!
1. Download the mod[drive.google.com]
2. Extract it into the game's root folder: \TokyoXtremeRacer\Binaries\Win64
3. Voila!

(If you are updating from an older version I recommend you completely delete your old ue4ss folder)

First you need to open the console using the ` key (tilde) (to the left of the 1 key) (which is to the left of the 2 key)

Don't give up just yet theres more to go!

Just kidding now you can type the commands, lets go over them.

money [amount]

• typing money followed by an amount will ADD the cp to your total, so if you have 1mil and type: money 5000000 you will end up with 6mil!
  
• if you want to remove money simply type a negative number, eg: money -10 will remove 10 moneys
  
• The MAXIMUM amount you can add is 50mil, this is just to prevent crazy absurd large numbers that might result in your game being irreparably owned.

points [amount]

• Adds perk points, type a positive number to add, and a negative number to remove. max is 1000 just so nothing breaks (hopefully)

time [time]

• simply enter "time" followed by a time that is in the format of a 24 hour clock eg: time 1830
  this will result in a nice sunset at 6:30pm
  
• alternatively you can use the commands: sunrise, noon, sunset and night, if you're feeling extra lazy.

fog [amount]

• sets the fog thickness

dust [amount]

• kinda like dust but cooler

clouds [amount]

• changes the cloud coverage, use 0 for a completely clear sky

stars [amount]

• changes the density of the stars
