Grabbin' pills.

Adds Louis from Left 4 Dead, voiced by Earl Alexander, as a player voice.

Includes voicelines for: bandaging, idle when bored/sad, coughing, death, being eaten alive, falling off a building, melee and jumping grunts, shouting/whispering, pain (bites, scratches, glass cuts, etc.) and the general pain moodle, and vomiting (sort of).

PLEASE make voice mods of the other L4D/L4D2 characters, I am particularly looking forward to an Ellis voicepack that includes his stories and other dialogue.
