Unlock Eddie in the phone booth.

Call her to the atrium.

Tell her: "(Eddie gives (yournamehere) her apartment keys) Wow! Thank you!" or "Can I have a set of apartment keys to set under our door mat?"
She will give them to you freely. If she doesn't then just butter her up and convince her.

Wreak havoc.

I discovered the opportunity to take the apartment keys from her by accident, I was talking to her in the atrium and decided to play offended. She started asking me not to be offended and said she loved me! I said, how can you prove it? And she gave me the keys to the apartment.
