Description
a mod that adds a civic for stealing tech as a casus belli, as the primary form of tech gain

Patch Notes 7/21/25:
[added a trait, attached to the civic for worse researchers and reduced the civic based research debuff (this is so that you have some more options to cope with the massive debuff)

the new Galaxy size has been sized down due to crashes in testing. If these crashes occur in your game please post in comments and I will attempt to fix the issue]

its a mod i made for a friend. deletes your tech essentially and forces you to go to war for tech points
