DRAY - Tier 2 Transport

Designed for short supply runs between nearby outposts, the Dray was once a popular choice for traders and independent transporters due to its low maintenance costs. Unlike other submarines, it lacks a reactor, relying solely on a battery that recharges when docked at a station. This made it ideal for supply routes where efficiency and cost savings were paramount.

However, this very design became its greatest flaw. Many crews underestimated the battery’s duration, vanishing into the frozen depths of Europa with no way to return. Over time, these incidents tarnished its reputation, and the Dray was phased out in favor of models with greater autonomy. Today, a few still remain in service, operated by those who value its efficiency and are willing to risk its limited endurance.
