Introduction
Howdy! I'm Digitic, and welcome to part two of this series! If you missed part 1, I'll put a link here, you should probably read that first.

Anyway, this will be covering the weapons of the Defensive classes in TF2 (Demoman, Heavy, Engineer). Hopefully this will shed a little light on confusing weapons that you don't understand or use incorrectly. Let's get right to it so you can see what I mean.

Oh, also, new section. Status! Switches between Underused, Unused, or Incorrectly used.
Demoman
Primaries:

Hey Look! I have pictures now! They're just really tiny for some reason!

Bootlegger/Ali Baba's Wee Booties

Current Use: Extra health for the Tide Turner, if used.
Status: Underused.

Role: Health/Maneuvering

Intended Use: This is pretty simple. Equipping these allows you to enjoy the benefits of the other shields (Fire resistance or extra charge damage) while stilll retaining that Tide Turner-style Demodonut capability. It also gives you a little health *two boot* (Get it? Two/to? Pair of boots? Sorry, I can't resist grammar puns)

Ideal situation: Demoknight
Unideal situation: Stickybomber (Excepting Demotroll).

Secondaries:

Scottish Resistance

Current Use: Not commonly Used
Status: Underused

Role: Area Denial/MvM

Intended use: You guys use it right, you just don't use it often enough. The Resistance here is useful for a more defensive Demoman, as it allows you to stickytrap multiple areas at once and effectively stop multiple attacking waves. It also requires some patience to use properly, so not many people use it. Just chill at an engie nest and wait. The kill is so satisfying.

Ideal Situation: Patient demoman, tight corners
Unideal Situation: Stickyspamming.

Stickybomb Launcher

Current Use: M1+M2 = Boom. Hmm....
Status: Incorrectly Used

Role: Area denial/Pick

Intended Use: This has two main roles. It can be used like the Scottish Resistance above, or it can also be used to force enemies to retreat and regroup. Shooting out a couple in a chokepoint quickly (and not immediately detonating) will force your opponents to back off, shoot them, or die. As to why it's a pick weapon? Remember, holding down M1 will charge your shots. that critically-injured Medic can still be hit by charging, firing, and detonating.

Ideal Situation: Large, Coordinated enemy attack
Unideal Situation: That one lone scout who just doesn't stop running around pointlessly.

Melee:

None
Honorable Mention: Scotsman's Skullcutter, only because the damage/speed relationship is personal preference.

Honorable Mention: Claidheamh Mor, on most maps the boost isn't needed, but its use is fairly clear.
Heavy
Primaries:

Huo-Long Heater

Current Use: Anti-Spycicle
Status: Underused

Role: Area denial

Intended Use: Have an engie set up shop in a chokepoint or narrow space, rev up, and wait. Truly for the camping Heavy.

Ideal Situation: Engie Nest/Aggressive enemies
Unideal Situation: Normal attack heavy

Honorable Mention: Natascha, because it is simply a target change from stronger classes to faster ones, preventing esapes.

Secondaries:

Dalokohs Bar

Current Use: Unused
Status: Unused

Role: Tanking/Medic replacement

Intended use: This is for the heavy who sits by the cart 24/7. It adds a little bit to your health pool, making it even easier to survive with a nearby dispenser or payload. This also helps when your team has no medic, as it could allow you to shift a close fight in your favor. It doesn't need to regenerate, either, so eat it between fights if you can.

Ideal Scenario: Payload/Medicless team
Unideal Scenario: Medic on team, CP/CTF

Melee:

None

Honorable Mention: Eviction Notice, which is again a personal-preference weapon. Most people would prefer hit damage over hit speed. Mostly useful versus Scouts.
Engineer
Primary:

None

Secondary:

Short Circuit

Current Use: MvM Alt/Trolling
Status: Misused

Role: Support

Intended Use: The Short Circuit sacrifices your building/repairing potential while allowing you to protect those buildings from their most dangerous opponents. Stay by your sentry, and shoot down and stickybombs, grenades or rockets that head for your nest. Also useful for shutting down sticky spammers on the field.

Melee:

None

Honorable Mention: Jag, which is yet another preference tradeoff. You can get a hidden sentry/teleporter up faster at the cost of last-ditch defense.

Honorable Mention: Eureka Effect, which is more designed for sneakineers, no one has really figured this one out yet besides "Sneak behind enemy, place teleporter, get behind enemy at will".
Conclusion
Thanks for taking the time to read this guide! I hope you enjoyed it! Leave a comment below if you want to see a support-class item or disagree with any of my arguments. (And once again, sorry for that pun.)

My personal heavy loadout is underused (literally no-one uses the weapons), but it turns the heavy into a literal tank, the loadout: slow minigun, poop bar and the hands of iron.

I actually use the huo long heater as blu heavy on pl maps sense the pl is baisically a despencer I just jump on th pl and I can hold down the rev as much as I want. I'm pushing the cart and being credit to team and I get infinite ammo so its a win win.

I use dakolas bar, mostly for the health and heal so if im low on health and no health packs nearby (I dont give a **** about medics) so I can still heal, but your vunerable to things that do more than 25 DPS, for like 10 seconds, but its still good, then again, I almost always forget about all loadout slots besides 1 except for a few classes like spy.

I think that people are using the Vaccinator incorrectly. The L'Etranger maybe, But I also think people arent using the Tribalmans Shiv (Correctly) because your supposed to be tracking down spies with it.
