This is the first draft of this guide. The intent of this guide is to provide building height per district. This is very important to master when trying to build an aesthetic and realistic city.

Residential district and zoning : Building height (tallest building)
Residential district and zoning : Building height (tallest building)

Low and high density zoning from the lowest to the tallest district:

- (no height recorded) - Low residential zoning (no district) Lowest house and some small apartment building.
- (no height recorded) - Low residential zoning (Eco district) Luxury house
- 27 m - Low residential - Wall 2 wall building (both high and low are the same when using W2W)
- 27 m - High residential - Wall 2 wall building (both high and low are the same when using W2W)
- 88 m - High residential (no district)
- 109 m - High residential - (Eco district)

Commercial district and zoning : Building height (tallest building)

Low and high density zoning from the lowest to the tallest district:

- 12 m - Low commercial zoning (Organic and local) (both high and low are the same)
- 24 m - Low commercial zoning (leisure) (both high and low are the same)
- 27 m - Low commercial zoning - (no district)
- 34 m - Low commercial zoning - (Wall 2 wall) (both high and low are the same when using W2W)
- 65 m - High commercial zoning - (Tourism)
- 83 m - High commercial zoning - (no district)

I will skip industries as it is really flat.


- 5 m - Office zoning (Wall 2 wall)
- 113 m - Office zoning (no district)
- 127 m - Office zoning (It cluster)
- 135 m - Office zoning (Finance)
