Universal Shop Zelenograd
The shopping center is designed to serve more than 40 thousand people and included a department store, a 250-seat restaurant with a bar, a banquet hall and an outdoor summer playground on a flat roof, a cookery shop, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, an atelier, a post-telegraph office, a savings bank, etc. There is an inner courtyard in the center of the building.

This is a great model! I love the mural on the side.

I feel that it could use some balancing changes when compared to the vanilla shopping center since they are almost identical in price. The worker to shopper ratio here is 1:27. The vanilla shopping center has a 1:9 ratio. This building also has significantly more worker slots and a 5 star tourist rating.

The storage situation is interesting. It has 6 vehicle slots and no warehouse connection. It also has a very large meat storage but to compensate draws significantly more power than the vanilla shopping center.
