В первую очередь я хочу сказать спасибо автору оригинального мода ( Xer0fire) за его создание. Все права на мод остаются за автором, а я лишь изменил код чтобы иметь возможность перевести его на другие языки.
Если автор потребует удалить мод - он будет удалён.
Я буду не против, если автор использует мои наработки для добавления перевода в оригинальный мод.

Всё тот же Dynamic Emergency TV Channel, но с переводом на несколько языков и возможностью перевести его на другие языки. Оригинальный мод не даёт такой возможности.
Мод не требует наличия и включения оригинального мода.

Original mod

First of all I want to say thanks to the author of the original mod ( Xer0fire) for creating it. All rights to the mod remain with the author, and I only changed the code to be able to translate it into other languages.
