Skill Tapes: Scavenging

Description
Based on Crawling King Chaos' Skill Tapes mod, this mod serves to add VHS sets for the Workshop skill, Scavenging by Afterworlds. I have done this because I figured if they are gonna be adding new skills, I should probably be adding new Skill Tapes to cover them : Like all the Skill Tapes series, these can be found in VHS stores around the map.

I'll be adding a few Workshop based Skill Tape Series to my Workshop. This is the Scavenging set.
