Angela: "You see it too? For me, it's always like this."
No worries! but if you have discord i can show you what i do when making face-posing if you want, but it takes time to master i'm still learning after all the experiences I've been through.
Thanks for your reply! So I am doing it the only way that there is. How does sculpt mode works I do not know sadly :( and the model I am working on it has no facial bones. So all there is to me is moving vertexes or apparently use sculpt mode, which I somehow cannot get to work on it xD xd
Reason I want to do this is because I know you can make in the QC file you can make the character look more human like by displaying expressions (don’t know how to do that but I’ll copy the lines in the model I am using into the qc of the model I am working on
Hey, you have to make the flexes yourself using blender or a preferred software that can export as SMD or DMX, using a reference model like Louis or any model you can decompile that has l4D face-flexes and copy each face flex one at a time to your model that doesn't have any by making shape keys and sculpting the models face vertices, it can be a bit of a process but l4D has a great range of face posing.
It should work fine hopefully, but yeah i'll have to make her the right height (short) like some of the anime models do aswell.
I'll be making her a playermodel and npc with a ragdoll aswell, you can join my patreon for free and my discord to see progress of my upcoming models
Yeah we are almost finished making eddie!
