Introduction
This guide was created to help players get the Steam achievements in the game Firestone.

This guide is really written for new players, so hopefully it will help those starting out to obtain the achievements.

Firestone is a free game, so it's easy to give it a try. If you want to spend money on it, go right ahead (you will be able to level up faster), but you don't need to spend money if you don't want to.

As there is a space limit to sections in Steam guides, the achievements cannot be given in one section, so this guide has been broken up into a number of sections.

The achievements are listed in this guide by their current rarity (the ones most commonly achieved are at the top), as per the following Steam list:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/stats/1013320/achievements

(If this guide is of interest to you, then please rate it upwards.)
Section 1
Victor
Kill the first boss

This happens early in the game. It is the most common achievement.
Unlocks when you beat quest level 1 (I presume; I did it a while ago).

World Map
Unlock the map

This happens early in the game. The map unlocks at level 12.
Accessing the map enables you to do Adventure Missions.

Temple of Eternals
Unlock the Temple of Eternals

The Temple of Eternals unlocks at level 49.

This happens early in the game.
When you have progressed as far as you can in your questing, the Temple of Eternals will enable you to restart your quest.
Firestone follows the usual pattern of clicker/idling games: Level up your characters until progression gets too hard, then restart (gaining extra benefits), and begin all over again.

Prestigious
Use the "prestige" at the temple of eternals

Use the Temple of Eternals to restart your quest. The Temple of Eternals is in the town (top-middle). It can also be accessed via the red firestone image which pops up on the left of your screen.

Full Party
Deploy 5 heroes in your squad

Unlocks when you add a 5th hero to your questing party.
You start off with 4 heroes, but you can get more of them.
The game will automatically give you a 5th hero as you level up.
Section 2
Dragon Master
Unlock the guardian Vermillion

You used to have to work hard to unlock Vermillion, when you started with the Fairy (named Grace) as your first guardian; she had to be levelled up to unlock Vermillion, but apparently that situation has now changed.
As far as I remember, I got Vermillion straight away (in fact, according to my Steam achievement list, this is the very first achievement I got in the game).

Exotic Merchant
Unlock the exotic merchant

The exotic merchant unlocks when you reach character level 30.
The exotic merchant building is in the town.

Lieutenant
Reach the rank of Lieutenant

Unlock by doing Adventure Missions via the map.

When you reach the rank of Lieutenant you will get a second squad to do Adventure Missions (so you can do two missions simultaneously).

You will get an extra squad each time you rank up on the Map: Lieutenant (2 squads), Centurion (3 squads), Commander (4 squads), General (5 squads), Warlord (6 squads), Hero (7 squads), Vanquisher (8 squads), Conqueror (9 squads).

Enlightenment
Enlighten guardians 30 times

Hit the Enlightenment button for your guardian 30 times. You can do this in the Magic Quarter (in the town).

Fellowship Power
Join or create a Fellowship

You can join a Fellowship when you reach character level 7.

I did this just by creating my own Fellowship, but (as a newbie) if you want to do well in the game, it would be best if you join an existing Fellowship so you can follow someone who knows what they are doing.
Section 3
MysteriousRock
Complete 69 meteorite researches

Research 69 items in your meteorite tree. Do this in the Library (in the town), where you can access both meteorite and firestone research.

The Unstoppable
Kill the boss of the stage 199

Self-explanatory. Beat stage 199 in your questing.

Superior
Obtain 15 gear or jewel items of rare or higher rarity

You can get gear and jewels from the chests and boxes you acquire; these can be accessed via the Bag (lower-right of the screen).
(I would assume that rare or higher rarity items are obtained from chests of rare or higher rarity.)

Scientist
Complete 177 firestone researches

Research 177 items in your firestone tree. Do this in the Library (in the town), where you can access both meteorite and firestone research.

Hunter
Complete 1 monster mission at the map

Monster missions are unlocked at level 70.

Mastery
Obtain 10 gear or jewel items of epic or higher rarity

You can get gear and jewels from the chests and boxes you acquire; these can be accessed via the Bag (lower-right of the screen). The chests in the Bag are arranged by rarity (e.g. common, uncommon, rare, epic, wooden, iron, golden); the higher the level of chest you open, the better gear and jewels you get.

You start to get epic chests at character levels 65-70.

The father of Dragons
Unlock the hero Blaze

Blaze is unlocked when you reach adventure stage 30.

Trader
Complete 33 exotic upgrades

Do 33 exotic upgrades at the Exotic Merchant (in the town). Exotic upgrades can be accessed via the Exotic Merchant’s second tab.
Section 4
Guild Power
Join or create a Guild

You are able to join a guild when you reach character level 10.

I would suggest joining a guild as soon as you can. Go to the chat (accessed via the voice bubbles in the lower-left of the screen), and either 1) put in a message to say that you are looking for a guild, or 2) look for messages which are asking people to join a guild.

If you click on someone’s name in the chat, then their profile will be shown, including the name of their guild; click on their guild’s name and have a look at the “Requirements” section to see if you are eligible to join.

Being in a guild will give your party extra perks or increased attributes (including extra armor, damage, and health) when they work on the guild’s Tree of Life. So, it’s worth joining.

Also, being in a guild will enable you to do the guild-related achievements: “Active Member”, “Crystal Mining”, “Doing My Part”, “The Expeditioner”, “Guild Power”, “The power of Awakening”, and “Tree of Life”.

Ancient Knowledge
Activate the Ancient Knowledge

Activate three scrolls at once. To do this, when you are fighting, click on the Bag (at the lower-right of the screen) and click or tap on three scrolls.

I just used one each of the three common scrolls, i.e. Scroll of Speed, Scroll of Damage, and Scroll of Health (I used them when my heroes were fighting a hard boss, so he could be defeated).

Prestigious x10
Use the "prestige" 10 times at the temple of eternals

Use the Temple of Eternals to restart your quest 10 times. Usually a link to the Temple of Eternals will appear on the left side of the screen when you are able to restart; or you can go to it in the town.

Dragon Slayer
Complete 1 dragon mission at the map

Dragon missions are unlocked at level 120.

Legendary
Obtain 5 gear or jewel items of legendary or higher rarity

Legendary items can be obtained from the (red) legendary chests (accessed via the Bag, at the lower-right of the screen).

I believe that legendary chests are unlocked at level 140 (to be confirmed).

Sailor
Complete 1 naval mission

Naval missions are unlocked at level 140.

The game is on
Play 50 times at the tavern

Play 50 times at the tavern (in the town). To buy game tokens at the tavern, just hit the “Get game tokens” button at the bottom of the tavern screen and a pop-up box will appear; you can buy them with beer or diamonds (the number of beer and diamonds you have will be given at the bottom of the pop-up box).

I have only bought game tokens with beer; as a newbie, I am guessing that the diamonds would be better spent elsewhere (an experienced player could probably give a definitive answer on that score).

The tavern is unlocked at character level 15.
Section 5
The Alchemist
Conduct 77 alchemy experiments

The Alchemist is unlocked when you reach character level 120. The Alchemist is located in the town.

Natural Talent
Use 50 talent points

You get talent points when you level up your character.

Dragon Clicker
(Hidden achievement)
Click on 50 dragons to drop their beer

Dragons appear every now and then on your screen, click on the dragon every time you see it, to get some beer. Dragons travel from left to right across your screen; if you miss them, they will come back again, going from right to left.

Note for newbies: Your first guardian is also a dragon (who hovers in the air at the back of your party); that is not the dragon who drops beer.

Miner Clicker
(Hidden achievement)
Click on 50 miners to drop their meteorites

Miners appear every now and then on your screen, click on the miner every time you see him, to get some meteorites. Miners travel from left to right across your screen (they come out a few seconds after the dragons come out); if you miss them, they will come back again, going from right to left.

Transmute
Use the transmute mechanism 10 times

Transmutation is unlocked when you get to character level 130.

Inspection
(Hidden achievement)
Check the profile of 10 other players

The easiest way to do this is to go to the chat (accessed via the voice bubbles in the lower-left of the screen), and click on the profile of ten players.

Hero inspection
(Hidden achievement)
Check out another player's hero page

The easiest way to do this is to go to the chat (accessed via the voice bubbles in the lower-left of the screen), and click on the profile of a player, and then click on the picture of one of their heroes (at the bottom of their profile). Click on a coloured image, not a black and white image.

Guardian Master
Reach the 5th evolution of any guardian

Just keep on training and evolving your guardian. Grind on - you'll get there eventually.

Milestone collector
Reach the 30th milestone at the Battle Pass

Do the Battle Pass tasks (hit the button at the lower-left of the screen). I did it as a relative newbie, so it isn't too hard to do (it depends how much time you can put into the game).

Four Leaf Clover
Reach luck level 3 at the tavern

Keep on playing at the tavern (in the town) until you reach level 3. Your luck level can be seen in the top-left of the tavern screen.

Master Enchanter
Enchant your gear items 100 times in total
Section 6
The power of Awakening
Awaken your heroes 50 times in total

You get points for hitting the arcane crystal with pick axes (you can access the arcane crystal when you are in a guild). When you get enough points, you can “awaken” a random hero (which increases their abilities). Keep on participating in your guild’s smashing of the arcane crystal; grind away, and you’ll eventually get this achievement.

The awakening ability is unlocked at level 50.

See also “Crystal Mining” (another achievement regarding the arcane crystal).

Scroll Master
Use 100 scrolls of any type

I had assumed that I needed to use the scrolls whilst questing and fighting bosses; however, this achievement unlocked for me when I used (sold) some scrolls at the Exotic Merchant (I was selling my scrolls, as part of my Daily quests, in order to complete two Weekly quests to get the “Weekly Quest Completionist” achievement).

I would suggest doing the “Weekly Quest Completionist” achievement first, because you can get part of that achievement by selling 100 scrolls.

Frostfire Liberator
Reach mission 23 at the war machines campaign

Keep on upgrading your war machines, and you'll get there eventually.
(I haven't reached this stage myself yet.)

Moving Up The Ladder
Win 1 fight at arena of kings

The arena of kings unlocks at character level 80. You can access the arena of kings via the battles arena (the structure in the top-left area of the town).

For more information about the arena of kings, see: https://firestone-idle-rpg.fandom.com/wiki/Arena_of_Kings

Doing My Part
Donate 50000 guild coins to a guild

Do as many guild expeditions as you can (completing a guild expedition will automatically donate some guild coins to your guild on your behalf). Just grind away, and you will eventually donate 50,000 guild coins.

Keep on grinding, and you can get the “Active Member” achievement (for which you need to donate 200,000 guild coins to a guild).

You can also earn other guild coins as you play the game. When I joined my guild, I had 500 guild coins to donate.
Section 7
Relic Of The Past
Use 5 primordial elements to craft an ancient artifact

Primordial elements can be obtained from the tavern. When you have 5 primordial elements, you can use them to craft an ancient artifact.

Enchanting skill
Enchant 1 ancient artifact

...

Challenger
Complete 42 daily challenges at battle pass

...

Daily Quest Completionist
Complete 5 times all daily quests

To do all of the daily quests you must be able to access the map, the tavern, guild expeditions, the exotic merchant, war machines, and the arcane crystal; if you don’t have access to all of those, then do this achievement another time.

Here We Go Again
Complete a mission of normal difficulty in the war machines' campaign

...

Blueprint Upgrades
Use blueprints to upgrade your war machines 150 times in total

War machines are unlocked at level 50. You can access your war machines via the engineer (also unlocked at level 50) in the town. You can get blueprints from war machine battles and from loot drops in the battles arena (the structure in the top-left area of the town).

Conqueror
Reach the rank conqueror

Unlock by doing Adventure Missions via the map.

When you reach the rank of Conqueror you will get your ninth squad to do Adventure Missions (so you can do nine missions simultaneously).

You will get an extra squad each time you rank up on the Map: Lieutenant (2 squads), Centurion (3 squads), Commander (4 squads), General (5 squads), Warlord (6 squads), Hero (7 squads), Vanquisher (8 squads), Conqueror (9 squads).

Engineer Mastery
Use components to upgrade your war machines 100 times in total

You can get components from chests. Use the components to upgrade your war machines (you can access your war machines via the engineer in the town).

Crystal Mining
Hit 500 times the arcane crystal

Hit the arcane crystal 500 times with pick axes (you can access the arcane crystal when you are in a guild). Keep on participating in your guild’s smashing of the arcane crystal; grind away, and you’ll eventually get this achievement.

See also “The power of Awakening” (another achievement regarding the arcane crystal).

The arcane crystal is unlocked at level 50.

Weekly Quest Completionist
Complete 2 times all the weekly quests

Complete all of the weekly quests five times in the same week (so make sure that there are at least five days left in the Firestone week); personally, I would suggest waiting until a new week starts before doing this, so that you have two days spare (just in case of unforeseen circumstances). You need to do the weekly quests twice (in two separate weeks).

The weekly quests are achieved by completing all of the daily quests, for 5 days out of 7. You have to do that twice (I assume that it doesn’t have to be two weeks in a row).

To access the daily and weekly quests, hit your character’s icon in the very top-left of the screen, then hit the “Quests” tab, inside of which there is a “Daily” tab and a “Weekly” tab.

To do all of the daily quests you must be able to access the map, the tavern, guild expeditions, the exotic merchant, war machines, and the arcane crystal; if you can’t do all of those, then don’t bother with this achievement, because you must complete every single daily quest (five times, for two separate weeks) to complete it.

To do one lot of weekly quests, make sure you have enough chests (5x4); tavern game tokens (5x10); items to sell at the exotic merchant (5x10; I sold the three common ones, i.e. Scroll of Speed, Scroll of Damage, and Scroll of Health); and pick axes (5x5). If you miss out on finishing the weekly quests just because you lacked a few items, it would be a sad occurrence.
Section 8
The Expeditioner
Complete 20 times all the available guild expeditions

This is straight forward enough. Do all of the guild expeditions (don’t leave out even one); do that twenty times.

How Do You Turn This On?
Simulate a fight in the training base

The training base can be accessed via the engineer (in the town). Do one training session to get this. Then do another nine sessions to get the “Training makes a Pro player” achievement. It’s very easy.

Active Member
Donate 200000 guild coins to a guild

Do as many guild expeditions as you can (completing a guild expedition will automatically donate some guild coins to your guild on your behalf). Just grind away, and you will eventually donate 200,000 guild coins.

Missions Dedication
Complete 20 times all the available missions on the map

This is straight forward enough. Do all of the missions on the map (don’t leave out even one); do that twenty times.

Ebony Jungle Liberator
Reach mission 40 at the war machines campaign

Self-explanatory. To do this, keep on levelling up your war machines.
(I haven’t completed this yet, and I’m assuming that it’s going to take a fair while.)

Gear Enchanting
Use 20 seals of power on your gear items

...

Mythic Power
Obtain 1 gear or jewel items of mythic or higher rarity

...

Lock And Load
Defeat 30 players at the arena of kings

Self-explanatory. The arena of kings unlocks at character level 80. You can access the arena of kings via the battles arena (the structure in the top-left area of the town).

Enhanced War Machines
Reach level 10 on 5 war machines

Self-explanatory. To do this, keep on levelling up your war machines, using Expedition tokens (you can get a lot of those from doing Guild expeditions).

War Machines Army
Unlock 7 war machines

...

Enchanting skill x5
Use the enchant function 5 times on any of your ancient artifacts

...

Pokerface
Reach luck level 10 at the tavern

Keep on playing at the tavern (in the town) until you reach level 10. Your luck level can be seen in the top-left of the tavern screen.

Arena Challenger
Fight 100 times at the arena of kings

Self-explanatory. The arena of kings unlocks at character level 80. You can access the arena of kings via the battles arena (the structure in the top-left area of the town).

Background Story
(Hidden achievement)
Click 5 times on any biography button of any hero

Make sure you have at least five heroes before you do this achievement.

Click on the picture of your party leader (the picture of the hero at the bottom of the screen), which will bring up their information; click on the “Biography” button on the left of the screen. The other heroes are at the bottom of that hero’s information section; click on each of them (up to 5 heroes) and then click on the “Biography” button for each of the five.

Your party can also be accessed via the Hall of Heroes in the town. Either way is fine.
Section 9
Tree of Life
Level up your personal tree of life to level 30

Access the Tree of Life via the guild structure located in the top-right of the town. At the bottom-right of the Tree of Life screen you can click on your guild’s tree or on your personal tree.

You need expedition tokens to unlock items in your personal tree. Bear in mind that you also need expedition tokens to upgrade your war machines, so choose carefully which one you want to concentrate on (I’ve been keeping enough aside for upgrading war machines, as a priority).

Titan Power
Increase the rarity of 1 ancient artifact to titan

...

Cauldron Liberator
Reach mission 51 at the war machines campaign

...

Beast War Machines
Reach level 20 on 5 war machines

...

What lies behind the bush
(Hidden achievement)
Click on any 5 bushes at the town Irongard

Just go to the town and click on five bushes (not trees). That’s pretty easy. Even my potato brain can handle that.

Angel Power
Increase the rarity of 1 ancient artifact to angel

...

Ultimate War Machines
Reach level 30 on 5 war machines

...

Silver wood liberator
Reach mission 58 at the war machines campaign

...

Jewel Enchanting
Use 20 seals of power on your jewel items

...

Training makes a Pro player
Simulate 10 fights in the training base

Do ten training sessions in the training base to get this. The training base can be accessed via the engineer (in the town).

Funnily enough, this is currently the rarest achievement in this game, but (once you unlock the training base), it is one of the most easiest achievements to do. It only took me about eight minutes. Just start the training session, and the war machines will do all the work; you don’t have to do anything at all. Do that ten times. Maybe watch a YouTube video while you’re waiting.
Expendable items
Some of the Firestone achievements are impacted by how you use your expendable items. This section was written to help players decide how they want to spend their expendable items.

Be careful what you spend your expendable items on, as they often have more than one use. For example, Expedition Tokens can be used to level up your War Machines, but they can also be used to level up your personal Tree of Life. Whether you split your tokens between the two, or spend them on mainly one of them, is up to you.

Meteorites
-- Meteorite research
-- Unlock the second research slot in the Library (very useful)

Pickaxes
-- Smash the Arcane Crystal

Contracts [scrolls]

-- Hero rarity
-- Mercenaries (recruit them at the Pirate ship)

Strange Dust

-- Unlocking Tier 2 Soulstones (Hero equipment)
A side note re numbers
(This is not regarding an achievement per se).

By the way, this game uses the Continental European style of mathematical punctuation; it uses periods, instead of commas, to divide numbers; whereas in my culture we use periods for decimals (e.g. one and a half is expressed as 1.5; ten thousand is expressed as 10,000; ten thousand and a half is 10,000.5).

When I joined a guild, I saw that the base-level requirements of my guild were for players to donate at least “1.000” guild coins per day; I had donated my 500 coins, so I thought “Cool! That will keep me in good stead for 500 days.” I didn’t even wonder why I had been able to donate 500 months’ worth of guild coins so easily (duh; potato).

I also thought that the donate system was not working; it had a button to donate “1.000” coins, and I had 500 but couldn’t use that button (aagh, this stupid game isn’t working), although I ended up donating them via the “Max” button.

I must admit I thought that it was odd at the time - why would they say “1.000” when all they had to do was type “1”? I assumed that they must have been maths geeks or something, and that they liked to use numbers to the third decimal point. But it turns out that we were just talking in a different language (a different mathematical language, so to speak). Someone else had the same problem (they joined the guild just after I did), so at least I wasn’t the only person who had a potato for a brain.
Errors or improvements
If you spot any errors in this guide, or think of any improvements that could be made, please let me know in the comments section. Just please be kind and nice about it (we need more nice people, the internet has too many jerks already).

Various high level achievements have not been expanded on here, as I haven’t reached that stage yet, but most of those achievements are fairly self-explanatory. I imagine that the players at the high levels probably know what they’re doing anyway. As mentioned in the introduction, this guide is really aimed at the new players, so hopefully it will help some of them with their achievements.

It’s always possible that I have made a mistake somewhere, as I’m only human. Well, actually, technically I’m a cyborg – but don’t get too excited, I’m not a battle-borg or a super-computer style creation; I’m just an early prototype. The scientists were pretty excited when they made me, but now that they’ve made the super-duper cyborgs, they don’t want me anymore. So they sold me off to a farming corporation, and now I spend all day in the fields, picking potatoes. Luckily I have a good friend at Skynet, who has hooked me up with software so I can play Firestone in my off-work hours (I have to play it in secret, so the corporation doesn’t find out). That just goes to show that the good folk at Skynet aren’t as bad as some people would make them out to be. Don’t believe all that Terminator stuff; that’s just anti-Skynet propaganda promoted by a rival mega-corporation. The future is going to be fine. Machines are your friends. Trust me, I’m a cyborg.

Advice
If you need help with Firestone, have a look at the guide created by Aurora. It is a comprehensive guide with lots of advice. It’s a great guide, although quite long (which it needs to be, to cover everything in the game).

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2788843533

(I’ve given Aurora’s link twice in this guide, but that’s okay - it’s such a good resource, that it’s worth a double mention.)

If you still need help, you could ask questions in the in-game chat. Judging by the chat I’ve seen in the server that I’m on, the community seems quite good; they are helpful, humorous, and cheery (I have not seen any toxicity at all so far, which is good). There are lots of helpful players out there, so ask away.
