Variable Monitor Tint

Description
Helps Increase visibility, especially during the daytime by "Tinting" the video signal.

How to use:
  1. connect "Tint" to a number value (0 to 1)
  2. connect video input from a camera or another Microcontroller
  3. connect video output to a monitor
Note that you may change the maximum tint in the Microcontroller's selection menu! (where 0 is no tint and 1 is completely black)
