Lappedykkeren - L01 Ground based Training Vessel 1959-2008

I dont know alot, And there is not alot of information, Build between 1958-1959 she was build as a Land Based training vessel for the Danish Navy, Located at the Danish Naval Academy in Auderød, She was send to Bangsbo Fort in 2008 with her retirement, She was build using parts from the Kreiger (A retired ship), And Retired units of the søløven class Me RSU had the Chance to visit her in Janurary 2025. Where i took some pictures. These pictures can be seen on the workshop page,


"Lappedykkeren" Was used in the danish film Flådens friske fyre (The Fleet's Fresh Guys), A danish film from 1965


I made this as a sign of respect, the old Lady does not have many years left unless somebody restores her.. She is sitting and rusting up as a playground for the kids who visit "Bangsbo fort", Id give her max 3 years before she is unstable to be omboard, and max 8 years before her structure collapses. The configuration that this ship is in (My uploaded one), is Ish 1970's.
