Description
Forces the Ancient Vaults to be unlocked before the Ruin can be defeated, and forces the player to have to defeat at least one guardian of each of the four elements (fire, ice, life, and storm), and acquire a terraformer to weaponize and use against the Ruin, before the gateway to the Ruin can be opened, even with all of the Artifacts in hand.

Suggested Mods:
- Larger Quest Windows, in combination with a mod like 1x UI Scaling
- Alternative Early-Game Quest for the Outpost
- Repair FTL Before Erchius Mission (Bonus:It replaces that mod's secret weapon with a weaponized Erchius-supercharged terraformer.)
- Non-Linear Artifact Quests
- Level 3 Artifact and Erchius Missions
- Level 6 Artifact and Erchius Missions
- Extra Dungeons Questline Incorporation

@Kirbyfreak: Much like how various shops and story NPCs become available as missions are completed by anyone on a server, that'd be useful information... for a multiplayer server.

For a singleplayer server, it'd only come into play if the player didn't bother to wipe out their universe (which would probably be likely for frequent modders like me, and perhaps you as well).

Overall, methinks my mod here would be more valuable for singleplayer modders who must wipe their universes frequently to try out new mods (especially of the universe-generation kind, especially Frackin' Universe, but also mods like TrueSpace, RealSpace, or IT'S FULL OF STARS).

...For the record, as far as I'm aware it's Ursa Miner logic:

It remains open from the moment the objective is completed forever.
Once one character beats the ruin the vaults are open forever iirc
