Simple Trats Patch

Description
This patch was made to offer compatibility for Simple Traits mod when used in conjunction with my Simple Starter Equipment mod. Essentially this allow the new traits in Simple Traits to spawn items as well on character creation. I made this patch coz I knew I would have to eventually, given Imade the Simple Traits mod in the past, and having two of my own mods not be compatible seemed a bit whack.
