Hello! This is a WIP Bestiary that's been put together with the combined efforts of the Dokimon: Quest developer and super special helper people in the D:Q community!

Here you can see most of the data regarding the monsters in D:Q, including how to get them, and etc.

In Dokimon: Quest, monster "evolutions" are referred to as "monster forms". Most monsters have 1-2 forms in their Dokimon specieis, however, some monsters have up to 4, 5, or even 6.

All forms are attained via leveling up, even for monsters like "Kitsu" who has several different forms, each with different elemental types. However, you can change your monster's "monster form" at any time from the main pause menu.

There is a mechanic called "form changing". If for whatever reason you don't like a monsters new form, be it the "stronger" monsters art, typing, movesets, etc, you can perform a "form change" very easily from the main pause menu.

After evolving a monster and unlocking the new form, you can roll-back simply by pressing your "A" button on the monster info screen available from your party. Your moves and stats will stay the same regardless. However, your movepool will change, and so will your typing.

If at any time you'd like to return to their "strongest" form, be it because they evolved again, you're changing up your team's elemental reach, or whatever reason, you can always come back and cycle through each of the monster's forms with a single "A" press on the screen.

You can do this at any time outside of battles, as long as your main pause menu is accessible.

This gives you the power to use your stronger monster you've leveled up overtime, with their previous moves, elements, or looks, without having to abandon them and feel as if you wasted time leveling them.

Keywords:

• Fairy: Although there is a "fairy" type in the game, there are also 4 "Elder" Fairies, which are important to the games story to a sense. These are the Fairies you encounter in the opening cutscene.
  
• Yoink (mid-late game mega spoiler): "yoink" is a term that was coined in the discord for stealing an enemy trainer's monster, which can by done after unlocking "bound" monsters in the Mega City, by completing the cave and also purchasing special captal's from the "Black Market Dealer"'s PC who resides in the hotel at the north-most point of the city.
