To get it working on windows 7 you must
1.Download VxKex Version 0.0.0.3 from the following website
https://github.com/i486/VxKex/releases
You must scroll down to get to version 0.0.0.3
2.Install the file downloaded found in you downloads folder
3.Next go to your Steam Library and right click on Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection and select properties from the dropdown menu
4.Next select Installed Files and then Browse
5.You should the find yourself in the following folder that shoul have the following files
6.Right click on JurassicParkCGC and select properties
Once inside the properties window go to the vxkex tab
When in the VXkex tab select the Enable VXkex for this program and click OK
You should now get a notification from User Acount Controll just say yes
7.Now we are done and you can go to your steam library and launch the game and it should work
