Allows you to colonize destroyed cities for free.

There are no colonization costs, just like the Slavic factions.

The mod works with any save, no need to start a new game!
Mod conflicts may occur if other mods have similar options.

On the legendary difficulty level, the AI gets exactly the same bonus. It does not depend on the mods installed.
