Fattington (Wario World)

Description
Update - 7/8/2025
I didn't realized this, but today I was playing versus mode and the server itself had working mods, I was playing as the Boomer, I saw it's arms and I was like "Hey why does its arms look like that?" until a realization hit me "Oh, I see why". What I had to do was rename the model's material to its own as well the texture and material files, and then include the og ones. I mean, it's Valve's fault for disabling mods in versus for this game, if they didn't then I would have find out sooner.

Welp here it is, my first model mod for this game (that doesn't involve proportion trick). For those of you who don't know what this is, this is an enemy from the Mario franchise, (specifically from the Wario Land series) named a "Fattington". It is an ice cream like, obese round enemy resembling a two large scoops of ice cream and a small white scoop on top showing its face. If you ever played or seen a gameplay of Wario World itself, Wario may be the strongest character in the Marioverse but, because of the Fattington's round body, Wario's punches are ineffective against it, and punching or even touching it bounces him back. However, it can be stunned by grabbing either a column, a statue, or a throwable enemy. Wario can then pick it up and destroy it using a "Mad Move".

Here it is an import for the Boomer now this just doesn't replace the Boomer itself, since there were 2 variations of the Boomer, I had the idea of making various flavors for them. Vanilla variation for female, and chocolate variation for L4D1. Now I whish I could improve things such as the "Exploded" model, I mean it is a seperate mesh from the body but it's not meant to be seen, I what I whish I could do is slightly edit it to make it similair to the og explodel model and I mean the shape of the inside. I also whish I could replace the rest of the gibs with ice cream models or perhaps with candy like models?

Now, this doesn't come with just model replacements, but it also comes with track replacements. The tracks that plays when the Boomer is nearby are two versions of "Green Greens" from the Kirby series (I couldn't think of a better one). The one that replaces "boomerbacteria" is the "Item Challenge" from "Kirby's Return to Dream Land", and the one that replaces "boomerbacterias" is from "Kirby Super Star Ultra". For the track that plays when a survivor gets puked on is "Sugar Lane" from "Sonic Lost World", and for the track that plays when you get puked on is "Sweet Mountain - Act 3" from "Sonic Colors" (I actually sped it up just so you know).

There was another thing I wanted to do to this such as changing the puke to brown so that it looks like it's vomiting chocolate, but I don't know how to do it (heck I don't think the puke particle and the puke screen can be edited).

Now before you say it, yes this does come with LOD models, however I didn't optimize them because the model is low poly enough. What I did was throw the LOD models of the og Boomer variations including the og Boomer in a 3D program, then the Fattington and duplicated it to the amount of the LOD models the Boomer has, then looked at the vertex count for them, the Fattington had less so I didn't have to do them.

I can't believe I have disobeyed my rule of installing a stupid ass mod for this game but hey. I was surprised nobody has done this before and I thought this would be a funny mod. Since I have published this I don't know if I should uninstall it from my game or keep it because I was testing this before upload and it made me wanna keep it, therefor I am keeping it.

If you encounter any issues with this addon such as a model not displaying from far away or anything else. Let me know and I'll fix it.
