This is chibidoki! a famous VTuber that has committed various crimes against humanity, destroyed entire countries like France, that's why it doesn't exists anymore, she is also a VTUBER wich you can find on twitch.tv/chibidoki

jokes aside, she is a very entertaining vtuber that has won the funniest vtuber of the year trophy 2 times (im not joking)
she has been learning Spanish recently so that explains why she has many voicelines saying stuff in Spanish
the Spanish community has started knowing her thanks to that, and we love her.
