Modular Starting Systems - No Neighboring Worlds

This mod simply blanks out any requirements for the starting solar system to have certain other worlds within the same solar system as the starting world. For those modders that want to loosen starting system generation requirements (to speed up the process for example), or want to start with a blank slate when adding world requirements to the starting solar system.

Note: This mod has a priority of 9999, meaning that it should load after the vast majority of other mods have loaded (provided no other mods with lower priorities list this mod as "required" or "included", which would force this mod to load before those other mods, regardless of priority settings).

Note: With the exception of Modular Starting Systems - Vanilla Starting System (which acts as a baseline for other mods to possibly build off of, this mod included), all other mods within the Modular Starting Systems collection list this mod as an "included" mod, so that they could build off of it.
