Spam the First-Aid menu (Q) and use Return to Title button

Spam the First-Aid menu (Q) and use Return to Title button
Opening the First-Aid Item menu (Q) stops enemies in their track for a few second
Returning to title and entering the game again resets their position and alert state
DON'T USE ALT+F4 TO RE-ENTER THE GAME
I've heard some people had issue doing it like this and kicking them out of Fractal Vice
