Preamble
This is a complete guide for unlocking all achievements in the game. Naturally, this guide itself is a huge spoiler, so only read further if you are aware of that.

It took me 83 hours to complete the game, but I also wrote two guides for this game while the game was open in the background. I also played on the highest difficulty at all times. Probably, it will take a regular player something in the range of 60 to 80 hours. Possibly even below 40 hours when you play on the lowest difficulty, only aim for the minimum requirements, abuse the evaluation mechanics to the fullest, and never do mistakes that force you to restart a job.

None of the achievements should be missable. If you play the game until the credits roll, you will return to your house & forge afterwards. Every job you completed stays completed (even the final one). Everything you unlocked, bought, etc. is in the same state as before the credits rolled. You can repeat repeatable jobs as you like, finish unfinished jobs as you like and redo the final job again (this should trigger the credits again and should make the achievement "And they walked away, hand in hand" unmissable).

The achievements are categorized into semantic groups. While there is a story and progress is sometimes gatekeeped by certain preconditions (e.g. getting certain component first) this is hard to keep track off, especially because the game gives you much freedom regarding the order of jobs you complete. That is way there is no "story achievements" section.

Note to people who played the demo:
You can carry over the save file from your demo and the achievements whose conditions you already fulfilled will unlock accordingly as soon as you load your save file in the full game.

Jobs Part 1
First order
Complete your first order.

As stated, just follow the tutorial.

Tavern frequenter
You have completed all orders at the "Old Crow" Tavern.

As stated. But it also includes buying everything it has to offer. It is mandatory because it removes some of the fog on the map to progress further.

Best Pitchforks
You made the best pitchforks around!

In the "Village" on the map, the third and fourth job are a "Peasant Hunting Pitchfork" and a "Pitchfork". It is unclear whether just the latter or both must be completed. It is also unclear whether the optional requirements (the stricter ones) must be fulfilled. I completed both jobs including with all optional requirements the first try, first "Peasant Hunting Pitchfork", then "Pitchfork". Afterwards, the achievement popped up.

The first sword
Every blacksmith remembers his first blade.

As stated. In the "Village" on the map, the fifth job is a "Sword". Complete it.

Path to the swamps
Not all paths to knowledge run on solid ground.

Unlocked after finishing the "Steel Grating" job. Confusingly, the fog will only clear after also buying the "Human Bone". If feeling stuck on the "Steel Grating", first find "Fladwick" and put him, the "Owl", and some beer into your house. The lore texts describe the effects and synergies. This provides you with enough Materials. While blacksmithing, when you run out of Material, a refresh icon will appear to restock your supplies, thanks to the synergies.

Pagans
The inhabitants of these strange lands appreciate your blacksmithing skills.

Finish the last job in the "Pagan Settlements" called "Sickle" to unlock this achievement.

Master of the chainmail
You've learnt how to weave chainmail.

After completing the village, the fog will clear to the "Craftsmen's Yard". Progress through it, until you can buy "Chainmail Weaving". The achievement unlocks instantly after the purchase.

Fate of a mercenary
They say the fate of all mercenaries are bound together. You have a good feeling about this.

Buy everything and complete every job at least once at the "Craftsmen's Yard".

Gnomish mechanism
Not an easiest order, is it?

Complete the job on the "Gateway to Gnome City" to unlock the Gnome City's "Mechanical Workshop". Complete the order "Mechanism" there to unlock the achievement.

A skilled weaponsmith
A knight's tournament would seem like pale theatratical production without your blacksmithing!

Probably unlocked after completing the "Long Sword" job at the "Tournament Arena". Could also be unlocked after the third completed job there, fulfilling the optional requirements three times or just at the "Long Sword" job. Not entirely clear.

Hooks and bones
The swamp folk put their trust into you for a reason.

Buy everything and complete every job at least once at the "Marshy Inlets".

Gloomy altar
Are you sure you did the right thing?

Firstly, unlock the "Hooks and bones" achievement. Then proceed to the "Gates of the Keep" and collect both Components there. Then head to the big city in the north-east and visit the "Noises from the Attic" location. There, complete the job "Altar for a Creature in the Attic" to unlock the achievement.

A witch's sickle
A curiously sinister order.

Go to "The House of the Forest Witch" and complete the job "Witch's Sickle". Afterwards, the achievement will unlock.

Court blacksmith
Lord has shown his favor to you and your work.

Head to the big city in the north-east and visit "Lord Teidan's Yard". Complete all jobs at this location (and maybe you also need to buy the "Library Collection of Potions" afterwards) to unlock the achievement.

A skilful armorer
You have achieved superior blacksmithing in the crafting of armor.

Probably unlocked after completing every job at the "Tournament Arena" at least once. Not entirely clear.

An old swordman
A fine armor and a trusty blade is all that an old swordman needs for the tournament!

Head to the big city in the north-east and visit "Lord Markvad's Yard". Complete all jobs at this location to unlock the achievement.

Dwarven battle helmet
Now the dwarves are singing songs in honour of your craftsmanship!

Complete the job "Dwarven Battle Helmet" in the "Dwarven Stronghold" to unlock this achievement.

Dwarven armor
You have crafted armor for the dwarven warlords. Impressive!

Complete the job "Bahterec Armor" in the "Dwarven Stronghold" to unlock this achievement.

Among the dwarves
Now every local dwarf is happy to meet you.

This achievement unlocks by completing every job at the "Ruins by the River".

The other side of the bridge
Beyond the swamp bridge lay the badlands.

This achievement unlocks by completing every job at the "Swamp Bridge".

Hammer of Darkness
You have found the monstrous undead hammer.

After completing both jobs at the "Swamp Bridge" you gain access to the "Dark Altar". There, buy the "Hammer of Darkness" to unlock this achievement.

Investigations
You have contributed your best to cutting-edge magical sciences!

This achievement unlocks by completing the job "Staff with a Skull" at "The House of the Forest Witch". Maybe you also need to buy the "White Pearl" that unlocks directly after this job.

Marsh Keep
You're the first to be here in the last few hundred years.

This achievement unlocks by completing the job "Sword of the Master of the Keep" at the "Tower".

Black book
You found a book on black forbidden magic.

Complete the job "Armor for the Master of the Keep" at the "Tower". Afterwards, collect the newly unlocked "Black Book" at the same location to unlock this achievement.

Hammer of Fire
You have found the ancient flaming hammer.

Complete the job "Necromancer's Staff" at the "House on the Swamp". Afterwards, buy the newly unlocked "Hammer of Fire" at the same location to unlock this achievement.

The necromancer's craft
You have helped the necromancer in his trade.

Complete the two jobs at the "Abandoned Cemetery". Afterwards, collect the newly unlocked "Corpse from the Marshes" at the same location to unlock this achievement.

Among orcs
Nice blade. Solid steel. Orcs are pleased.

This achievement unlocks by completing every job at the "Right Wing of the Black Forest".

Fire and steel
Armor and mace for the One who lurks in the darkness of the Black Forest.

This achievement unlocks by completing all four jobs at the "Thicket of the Black Forest".

Birds in the grey skyl
You begin to grasp the meaning of your strange dreams.

This achievement unlocks by completing the sole job "Spiral Candlestick" at the "Dark City".

Forbidden magic
You have resorted to forbidden black magic.

After gathering three different corpses as equippable items for your house, go back to the "Slums" in the north-east city where you couldn't progress earlier. Place all three corpses in your house. Then, with these three corpses in your house, complete the job "Curved Knife" at the "Slums" to unlock this achievement. You may be able to buy your way through but I didn't confirm whether this would unlock the achievement. However, seeing all the other achievements, it is probably still unmissable even without three corpses at your disposal.
Jobs Part 2
Muskrat Claw
You have forged the knife for Muskrat King.

This achievement unlocks by completing the sole job "Muskrat's Claw" at the "Ruins on the Rivershore".

A blade for the countess
Nothing and no one will stand in your way, will they?

This achievement unlocks by completing the sole job "Blade for the Countess" at the "Countess's Castle".

Raven's Claw
You have forged the knife for King of the Birds.

This achievement unlocks by completing the sole job "Raven's Claw" at the "Dark Citadel".

Marsh Altar
Now the altar literally emanates dark magical power.

This achievement unlocks by completing the job "Altar" at the "Witch's House" while fulfilling all optional requirements. This infinitely repeatable job is available early in the game but the achieviement is only easily completable near the end of the game. This job has no weight limitations.

My tactic was as follows:

  • Upgrade the house to the maximum.
  • Unlock all 5 guests.
  • Put all of the guests into your house.
  • Unlock all 34 items you can place inside your house.
  • Put as much items into your house as possible. Don't take any beer (money does not matter here), the "Harp and Flutes" (because it raises Morale in combination with "Nyssa, the Mercenary"), and the "Book on Chainmails" with you.
  • Buy all 47 Materials and Components on the map (counting stacks as separate Materials).
  • Take all recommended Materials and Components with you.
  • Take all potions and all magical books with a negative Morale with you.
  • Take other small Materials and Components with Magic and negative Morale with you that you can hide behind the silhouette of the "Goat Skull".
  • Start the job as usual.
  • Prepare the Altar as you would normally do.
  • Empty all potions and magical books with negative morale.
  • Make Composite Materials (e.g. out of cut pieces of sticks and Components with high negative Morale) that you can hide behind the "Goat Skull" and the wooden feet, such that you can rivet together everything at the wooden feet in the end.
  • After preparing enough to reach all optional requirements, align them to the silhouette, and rivet together these Composite Materials with your prepared Altar (ideally in one go with a single rivet).
Companions
Disclaimer:
Not all companions/guests unlock an achievement the moment you recruit them.

A groggy dwarf
Ah, there you are!

After finishing all jobs and buying everything in the "Village" (repeatable jobs must only be completed once), some more fog clears. It will also reveal the "Bridge in the Woods". Here you will meet "Fladwick" the dwarf. After the initial dialog, click on his icon on the bridge to unlock him and the achievement.

In a witch's company
You got mixed up with a witch. Congratulations.

After the "Witch Trees" the fog clears to the "Witch's House". Clear the first two jobs and buy the "Alchemy Equipment". Then click on her unlocked symbol to recruit her and getting the achievement.
Cumulative
Experienced blacksmith
Gain 30 or more experience.

Will unlock naturally with game progression. Can be gained faster by completing optional requirements that provide bonus experience. Could be grinded purposefully by repeating infinitely repeatable jobs that yield experience.

It's time to expand!
Make the first upgrade of your forge.

As stated, just follow the tutorial.

A real forge
Build a stone forge.

As stated. Upgrade the forge to the fourth level, where the text description calls it "Forge".

Blacksmith's Courtyard
Build the best forge around!

Purchase the final upgrade of the forge (ninth level), where the text description calls it "Tower Forge".

Stone House
Build a stone house.

As stated. Upgrade the house to the fifth level, where the text description calls it "Stone House".

Estate
Raise the most beautiful house these lands have ever seen!

Purchase the final upgrade of the house (eleventh level), where the text description calls it "Large Estate with Terrace".

And they walked away, hand in hand
The dark mage had made his choice. The shadows of the past, resigned to it, receded.

I don't know which quests are part of the questline of "Reginald, the Necromancer" since I finished all jobs at least once before doing the final job "Raven's Claw" at the "Dark Citadel", which triggers the credits. The achievement unlocks during the credits that displays some post-story events and based on whether you cleared Reginald's unclear (at least to me) questline.

Song is heard
Your journey is over. It's time to go home...

This achievement unlocks after the credits rolled, which marks the end of the story. The final job that triggers the credits after completion is "Raven's Claw" at the "Dark Citadel".

There might be another way to trigger the credits because, currently, 1.8% of the players unlocked this achievement but only 1.7% unlocked the achievement "Raven's Claw", which is awarded for completing the job "Raven's Claw" at the "Dark Citadel".
Difficulty Related
Disclaimer:
The difficulty can be changed anytime in between jobs by clicking on the cog in the bottom right corner on your screen and then clicking on the now visible crest.

Apprentice
Craft an item with 100% Accuracy on the Apprentice difficulty in the Tournament Arena.

Completing any job in the "Tournament Arena" with 100% Accuracy will unlock it. It will unlock on any difficulty. All jobs in the "Tournament Arena" are infinitely repeatable.

Craftsman
Craft a long sword with 100% Accuracy on the Craftsman difficulty in the Tournament Arena.

As stated, completing the "Long Sword" job in the "Tournament Arena" with 100% will unlock it but only if you play on the Apprentice or the Master difficulty. The "Long Sword" job in the "Tournament Arena" is infinitely repeatable and is located in the second row of the jobs.

Master
Craft a steel armor with 100% Accuracy on the Master difficulty in the Tournament Arena.

As stated, completing the "Steel Armor" job (not the "Steel Cuirass") in the "Tournament Arena" with 100% will unlock it but only if you play on the Master difficulty. The "Steel Armor" job in the "Tournament Arena" is infinitely repeatable and is located in the last (fifth) row of the jobs.
Optional Challenges
Disclaimer:
All of these can be cheesed easily and even achieved together at the same time. Just open up the practice mode by clicking on the anvil symbol at your house and forge. In the practice mode you have a free canvas. Whatever heresy art you are producing here, it must fit within the frame and the result must be a singular piece (as usual, just rivet together everything). If you fulfill these conditions, a tick appears and you can leave the practice mode and potentially put your crafting into your gallery and/or share it.

The strategy is always: Put plenty items into your forge that have high stats in whatever you are going for. Put "Fladwick" and his "Owl" into the house, so you can restock your Materials once. Stack everything together, restock, stack everything together again, rivet together everything, and finally submit your atrocity masterpiece.

Possession
Craft an item with a Morale of -250.

-250 is not an exact value you have to hit, lower than -250 will also work.

Like a razor blade...
Craft an item with an Attack of 400.

400 is the minimum, not an exact value you have to hit.

Magic within
Craft an item with Magic of 500.

500 is the minimum, not an exact value you have to hit.

Stronger than steel
Craft an item with a Defense of 600.

600 is the minimum, not an exact value you have to hit. If you go for the achievement "Dwarven armor" or "Black book", you will also unlock "Stronger than steel" as these jobs demand a Defense of greater or equal to 600.
