Detailed Houses Pack #10: Small Modern Houses

A pack of 12 detailed houses based on the "Millennial Homes" by 4pairsofpants, all rights and credits for the models belong to 4pairsofpants.

The houses were originally created with very few vanilla props. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, trees, bushes and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

If you don't subscribe to the props, don't get this pack, use the original houses by 4pairsofpants.

• Levels 1 and 3
  
• Highly detailed
  
• Sizes are 2X3 and 3X3
  
• All houses have a functional parking space
  
• All roofs can be colored with the "Repaint" mod

If they are placed on uneven ground the grass will look very weird.

"Find It" -> "small modern" or "millennial home" or "millennial house"

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
