To obtain this achievement, you just need to finish the game in hard mode.

You don't need to finish normal mode to unlock hard mode, so restarting in hard mode as soon as you unlock it is recommended since you will be able to finish all other achievements in that playthrough.

The gameplay loop remains unchanged, so it shouldn't feel any different. Just make sure you always have enough money for all the monthly expenses so you don't get game over.

There are 4 hidden achievements

1000 components
This achievement requires you to create 1000 of one component e.g cpu.
You don't have to sell the component so you can remove it while it is a 0% and it will still count.
This can be done at any point of the game, but it is easily the most tedious of all the achievements.

Fire 100 employees
As the achievement name states you just need to fire 100 employees.
Just fire and rehire employees until you get it.
This will cost several million, so wait with this achievement until you are at a point where money doesn't matter anymore.

5 hours in a row
For this one, you just need to keep the game open for 5 hours without closing it. It does not need to be in one save file like the other time achievements.
