Vehicle Inventory System for Antistasi

This is a small edit of the "Vehicle Inventory System" mod by Fat_Lurch and Rogarr which allows the mod to work with the arenals used by Antistasi Ultimate, and arsenals that use a scrollwheel "Open Arsenal" addaction to open ACE arsenal.

Feel free to make any edits/ reuploads you like, as long as you still abide by the GNU General Public License v3.0 for the original mod, or whatever the current usage agreement for the original mod is.
Other than that, all I ask is that if you upload an improved version of the mod that you either message me or post a comment on the mod page, so I can use that improved version.
