[LambdaPlayers] Vote System Module

A module for Lambda Players which adds in a simple functioning voting system, which grants the likes of both lambda and players the ability to:

• Create and initialize brand new votes with a chat command
  
• Partake by voting on an option of preference with a chat command
  
• Change the outcome of an entire vote and potentially influence the final result

For those who don't exactly know, the vote system is specifically a feature that originally deviated from a previous iteration of Lambda Players which is known as:
Zeta Players

Well, I wanted to recreate something similar like the one shown there, but also taking in and considering ideas during development to make the whole system as flexible as possible in terms of customization, like creating a panel where you can create new votes, export voting data into a file, and even import in voting data from other files.

!startvote | Used to create new votes. Example: !startvote "TitleName" {Options}
NOTE: Each given option when typing must be separated with the separator: (|) with spaces included towards the end of the option and the beginning of the separator as follows.

!vote | Used to vote in for an option. Example: !vote "OptionName"
