To reach the Main cockpit, go up the left elevator, go through the hydroponics area, and there you will find the "Cockpit Loading Stage." There are 3 animated LCD's in the cylindrical cutouts of the ceiling. One is the "Virtual Drive Connect" and the other 2 are "Virtual Guest Connect." Press "F" when looking at the center of them (directly at the text), and you will be seated in the relative seat. To exit just click "F" again (as you would to leave the seat) and it will drop you back down to the "Cockpit Loading Stage" where you may then exit to the left (There's a small white exit sign). In order to use the exit doors of the cockpit, there is an elevator block in the ceiling of the "Cockpit Loading Stage" Use this to gain access to the Cockpit room and then you may exit using the doors to the outside. Enjoy!
Feel Free to take out the growplots and add in a "Science Room" with all the science tables and Auto Maintenance System! (Or just put them in the hangar by replacing the tables)
Colour the Fusion Generator (once added) the pale dark blue, if you want, to keep it with the interior colour scheme. It looks great with the Fusion Reactor LCD on the bottom! (One of the LCD's right under the shield).

@ozfresh The Odessa's bridge was a bit more direct. Mind you I had hesitated going through the glass tube not realising at first that the glass tube was even there, which was a nice touch.
Razgaur 5 Apr @ 3:59pm
Ah ok. Glad you fixed that. As for the bridge, I thought the floor below was a cpu type room and the elevator inside went to the bridge to which it does not. Then I tried one of the circle areas and I actually picked a passenger seat. Tried a second one and found the captains chair. That is how my experience went.

@Razgaur So, It turns out, somehow the Main "Info" LCD That tells you everything was turned off, so I have to re-turn that on that in. There is a Welcome LCD.
Ya, I was confused when JRandall did that because I also have the same thing in my ship Odessa [RE2] and he picked up on it right away! Maybe because there is 3 different Virtual connects there its confusing?
Razgaur 5 Apr @ 3:02pm
@ozfresh, I like the elevators, not many builders use them, its a nice change. Yea going through the farm area is "meh" BUT, at least its there. Some people care for them, others don't. Things are working so that's good. I watched Jeff review your ship and he even missed the bridge. hehe
Your just introducing a concept that many are not used to, hence the confusion. Don't take the critiques to hard, It what makes you improve and do even better. With the direction you are going with the LCD's and elevators and loading up into a cockpit. I mean who knows what else you may come up with on your next ship.? I'm looking for to that day.
ozfresh  [author] 5 Apr @ 2:39pm
@Razgaur Is that good? At the bottom of the Info highlighted in blue there?
ozfresh  [author] 5 Apr @ 2:21pm
@Razgaur So, you're saying I should clarify this more in the instructions? That's great that its all fixed now, and is working properly for you! I don't like people having troubles with my designs. Ya, Its just a "loading stage" for connecting to the cockpit seats. I find it pretty cool that you can just click them and load in and then when you exit it drops you back down. Ya. having you walk through the farm area is meh. but whatever. I was thinking about taking out the growplots and making that a Science room with all the science tables and whatnot, but i like to have grow plots for medical stuff in my ship.

@ozfresh I went in from the bottom and looked around which is why it took sometime to find the bridge. So the area below is the "cockpit loading room.." ok I see. Interesting. I did a repair to the game and no longer was deposited to the cpu room. Game bug perhaps?
ozfresh  [author] 5 Apr @ 1:01pm
@Razgaur The main bridge is above the "Cockpit Loading stage" That is clearly marked with a highly visible red LCDs. While in the loading stage there is 3 flashing LCD's above. One is the "VIrtual Drive connect" the other 2 are "Virtual Guest Connects". You click the seat from underneath it by pointing at the flashing Virtual Connect LCD of them and press F. Its an easy thing to do. I don't know why you would think its so confusing? Should I clarify this more in the workshop info? 1/3

@Razgaur I have never ended up in the "CPU Vault" room by exiting the cockpit. It always drops me down to the "Cockpit Loading room". I've tested it in Creative, Survival, high G planets, outer space on un level positions. I have never been dropped to the CPU Vault room. Is that where you're being dropped? The room with all the CPU extensions? I have no idea what you are doing then. Thats bizarre. 2/3

@Razgaur As for the hidden Thrusters, The ones that are hidden are just decoys for enemy ships to aim their weapons at. If your'e having problems with that, theres a xeno half sphere in front of the drive thrusters you can just remove. Other than that, I thought servers stopped doing that. Anyway, its not that big of a deal for the reasons I just stated. Please let me know what you mean with what occurs when you exit the drivers seat. Thanks! 3/3
