Patch that makes Stellar Hyperconstructs City Shellworlds, Ederspheres and Suprashells capable of triggering the City World events from City World Flavour.

Makes the sprawling slums, urbanization, pollution events possible to appear on Ederspheres, Suprashells and City Shellworlds as well.

Mod Load Order
- This mod must be loaded AFTER City World Flavour and Hyperconstructs.
