Description

A film set map I made in 2012 that never got much use. I decided to polish it up and release it for other folks to explore and use!

The map is only made to look good from some angles. It is not intended for gameplay.

This is a loose replica of a street in Boston, MA. It has the interior of a brownstone row house and some of the nearby area.

July 2, 2025 GMod update: No longer requires Counter-Strike: Source for assets.

Features:

- Scenic tree-lined street of rowhouses
- Evening mood
- Detailed 3D skybox for high camera views
- Full 4-floor single rowhouse interior
- Rooftops
- Back alley
- Parking lot
- Intersection

Un-features:

- Outside of the main area is featureless, but explorable
- HDR only
- House is not fully furnished
- No navmesh
- No tonemap controller
- No soundscape

Bugs:

- Bullet impacts are buggy on some materials
- Some bad foliage model collisions
- Tree clipping into basement of house (will only be fixed if I feel like recompiling the model to remove branches)

Don't ask why a 2 bedroom house has 3 bathrooms, I don't know either.
