Fixed CTD for 6.1

Will delete when Luminous updates. Luminous is free to use this to update their sub mod.

I made a sub mod for Ushoran to start as leader for Strygos Empire instead for compatibility with Legendary Characters.

Use only one of these sub mods.

@Mumm-Ra this keeps ushoran as leader of the sires of mourkain like original submod but fixes ctd
