1.0.2 fixes a bug with disabling. EVER WONDERED WHAT THE ENTIRE WORLD LOOKS LIKE WITH 100% SENTIENT ROT INFECTION???

Mainly watcher only
But regular campaigns are also "affected"

i like getting to see rotted versions of the normally non rotted areas. if it bugs some, maybe it can be a config.

I wish this also made it so on normal campaigns, you can get the rotted variants of the watcher ones onto the main ones
