[Proton/Windows] Unplayable Mouse Framerate Fix

Included herein is the fix for unplayable mouse input lag, which as of the posting of this guide affects all players on Steam Deck / Linux, and certain players on Windows.

Open your web browser and navigate to this address, or just click the link directly

[PROTON/LINUX]
- Follow the included instructions as you would for Windows.
- Navigate to Catechumen's game properties within Steam, and insert this launch command exactly:

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput=n,b" %command%

Now launch the game as normal - your mouse input should no longer be polled at 5 fps!

NOTE:
This fix was tested on Steam Deck under GE-Proton 9-27 using dinputto8 v1.0.78.0.
