Perfect for Regular Combine Soldier (with blue eyes)

If you're playing this Blue Hud on Entropy : Zero 2, It's fine, but something is not compatible addons: "Small HUD Improvements" and "Custom Weapon Icons"

It would be nice to fix the bug where when you're dying, an elite alliance pops up
