Pawns Have Mouths

Description
An 1.5 update and reupload of "Pawns Have Mouths" mod. 1.5-compatible version is mostly identical to the previous one, but some mouths were resized to better fit on the heads.

For those who want a Vanilla Textures Expanded - Facial Animation look for their pawns without a performance impact of an animation mod.

A simple patch that adds a cosmetic mouth to pawns. Inspired by Vanilla Textures Expanded - [NL] Facial Animation, but with non-animated pawns in mind - my goal was to add mouths to stock pawns while retaining vanilla-style heads.

This is done by giving all pawns a cosmetic "normal mouth" gene, which displays one of the randomly chosen mouths. Since it uses a gene, the mod requires biotech to function. Can be added to existing games, but you will have to manually add the mouth gene to all the existing pawns in dev mode. Should not be removed from existing games.

Since it doesn't touch actual head textures, it should be compatible with almost any texture pack out there (though of course heads that already have mouths, such as Malang, will look weird). Performance impact should be negligible. The mouth shapes are based on the mouth shapes of Twemoji pack (CC-BY 4.0).

I see no easy way of ensuring that; but I think you can use this to make whatever gene you'd like (including this one) non-extractable: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2883796262

Please make a version where you cannot get the mouth genes via the gene extractor it's adding a ton of bloat to it like half the time I only get the mouth gene which is useless please fix this or make a version where you cannot obtain the genes from the gene extractor.

Facial Animation is redundant and, in my opinion, works a little crookedly in terms of face shapes and greatly affects productivity. A mod like yours would be perfect in my build. If it had been implemented without the use of genes.

Probably, but that would a) affect performance as it'd need to be updated dynamically (basically, "Facial Animations Light"), and b) would be beyond my coding ability. If you want something like that, you can already use Facial Animations with Vanilla Textures linked below - this is almost exactly what you'll get.

Hello, nice mod. It would be better to do this through the head texture. And apply the mouth texture on top depending on the mood and activity. Then it would work in all saves without dependencies.
