[18+] "Enhanced" Vortigaunts (Replacement Version)

Description
This is a modified version of the other "Enhanced" Vortigaunts addon. Rather than adding a new set of NPCs, this version will replace the default vortigaunt NPCs with their "enhanced" counterparts. Customization options like skins and bodygroups are accessible via the C menu.
