Malkina Outfit Buffs

Malkina is a follower you can unlock in Fate's Ledger for 20 Fate Points. When dragged into Methinks, she provides an 'outfit' to any follower for 5 gold coins. The outfits differ depending on the follower- and I intend to list all of them.

Malkina
When dragged into Methinks (In the bottom left), Malkina becomes involved in a Ritual. You can place nearly* any other follower in the Ritual along with 5 gold coins.

The Ritual takes 2 days, and provides them with the tag 'Outfit', preventing them from receiving Malkina's buffs more than once.

There is a section in the Ritual for 'Special Items' which I have not explored yet. You can use the "Sultan's Suspicion" in this slot on the Protagonist to get rid of it.

If Malkina is a cultist *and* the person she is outfitting is also a cultist, they gain Magic +1 | Physique +1. This is not retroactive.

Malkina's 'generic' outfit event will provide +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma for a total of 4 stat gain. This currently affects Amur, Arumina, Badriyyah, Bharat, Fardak, Rabah, Retainers, Riel, and Salwiyah from my testing.

*Some followers can't receive an outfit. I have only found one so far: Iliona. It's possible all 'monsters' or 'abominations' cannot receive one.

Protagonist
(Silver) The Protagonist receives +1 to all stats and +1 reroll.

This grants him +1 Physique | +1 Charisma | +1 Wisdom | +1 Stealth | +1 Combat | +1 Sociability | +1 Survival | +1 Magic | +1 Reroll

For a total of +8 stats and 1 reroll.
You can remove a "Sultan's Suspicion" card by placing it in the Special Items slot if you haven't given your Protagonist an outfit by the time you gain one. This doesn't give him stats or the Outfit tag, meaning you can give him a normal outfit later.
Protagonist (Twin)
(Silver) The Protagonist's Twin receives +2 to all stats and +1 reroll.

This grants him +2 Physique | +2 Charisma | +2 Wisdom | +2 Stealth | +2 Combat | +2 Sociability | +2 Survival | +2 Magic | +1 Reroll

For a total of +16 stats and 1 reroll.
Since the Twin doesn't receive any Fate's Ledger buffs to the Protagonist, this makes the Twin slightly better than the starting Protagonist- and a clear choice for early buffing.
Adila
(Bronze) Adila receives only +1 Charisma and a Weapon slot.

At +1 stat total, she receives the lowest amount outside of Lady Becky and the Roaming Swordsman. However, she gains a second Weapon slot, which is useful for the Warrioress.
Alim
(Bronze) Alim receives a Noble title, +2 Charisma | +2 Stealth

Overall, the Head Thief receives +4 stats, but the Noble tag might come in handy.
Amur
(Bronze) Amur receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The Old Judge receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Arumina
(Stone) Zephyr's Wife receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

Zephyr's Wife receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Arzuna
(Bronze & Silver) Arzuna receives +3 Sociability | +3 Stealth | +3 Charisma

The Dancer receives a total of +9 stats.
Aziz
(Bronze) Aziz receives +2 Physique | +2 Charisma | +2 Survival

The muscular Slave receives a total of +6 stats.
Badriyyah
(Bronze) Badriyyah receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The dark alley Witch receives a total of +4 stats, along with a generic message.
Bharat
(Bronze) Bharat receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The Foreign Merchant receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Faraj
(Bronze | Silver | Gold) Faraj receives +3 Charisma | +3 Survival.

The Noble Admirer gains a total of +6 stats.
Fardak
(Silver) Fardak receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The Royal Hostage receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Faris
(Bronze) Faris receives +4 Survival.

The dog loving Cavalry Captain receives atotal of +4 stats.
Fatuna
(Bronze) Fatuna receives +4 Stealth | +2 Charisma.

In total, the Widow receives +6 stats.
Gullis
(Bronze) Gullis receives +2 Charisma | +2 Combat

The Nomad archer receives a total of +4 stats. Combat seems quite rare from these outfits.
Habib
(Bronze) Habib receives +2 Survival | +2 Physique.

The Handy Chef gains a total of +4 stats.
Hamar
(Bronze) Hamar receives +4 Combat.

The younger, rounder Sand Pirate brother receives a total of +4 stats. Combat is quite unique from outfits. Both Sand Pirate brothers receive the same buff.
Hassan
(Silver) Hassan receives +1 Reroll | +2 Survival | +1 Inspiration

The Poet only receives +2 stats. He receives a Reroll as well, which is useful for his poems. I noted that he receives Inspiration for this as well, even if it's a 'temporary' stat.
Iman
(Silver) Iman receives Magic +2 | Charisma +2.

Overall, the Priest of the Righteous Path receives +4 stats total. Magic! Only the Protagonist and his Twin otherwise receive Magic as an outfit buff.
Inal
(Stone) Inal receives +4 Survival.

The female Slave receives +4 stats total.
Jabal
(Silver) Jabal receives +2 Physique | +2 Survival.

The pugilist Iron Guard receives +4 stats total.
Jalila
(Bronze) Jalila receives +3 Charisma | +3 Sociability.

The Queen of the Whip receives a total of +6 stats.
Jawad
(Bronze) Jawad receives +3 Stealth | +3 Charisma.

Overall, the former prisoner gains a total of +6 stats.
Jenna
(Bronze) Jenna receives +3 Support | +2 Sociability

She may only receive +2 stats, but +3 Support is quite unique. This puts her Support skill on par with Qais (Silver), who you can only recruit much later. She still has one less Support than Qais (Gold), and two less than Amur the Judge.
Jemor
(Bronze) Jemor receives +4 Combat.

The elder, skinnier Sand Pirate brother receives a total of +4 stats. Combat is quite unique from outfits. Both Sand Pirate brothers receive the same buff.
Junah
(Stone) Junah receives +3 Charisma | +3 Sociability | +3 Stealth.

The former Prostitute receives a nice +9 total stats. Just don't let her choke you to death.
Lady Becky
(Silver) Lady Becky receives no stat bonuses, however she gains an Attire and Accessory slot.

At a +0 stat total, you use 5 gold coins for the ability to 'equip' two Attire, a 'second' Accessory [Since equipping Lady Becky is an Accessory], and gain Lady Becky's stats on top. A second Accessory slot is useful, especially when paired with Jenna's Accessory making skill.
Lumera
(Bronze) Lumera receives +2 Charisma and an Accessory slot.

The Bookworm gains a measly +2 stat gain total. However, a second accessory slot could come in very handy- Especially when paired with Jenna's Accessory making skill.
Maggie
(Bronze | Silver | Gold) Maggie receives +1 Charisma and an Accessory slot. You also receive 1 'Sense of Happiness' card.

She only receives 1 stat total, but an additional Accessory slot could be useful- Especially when paired with Jenna's Accessory making skill. The 'Sense of Happiness' card can be used to remove 'Wife's Resentment'.
Mahir
(Bronze) Mahir receives +1 Reroll | +2 Wisdom.

In all, the Inventor receives +2 stats total, but the reroll is nice for her research.
Nabhani
(Silver) Nabhani receives +2 Sociability and an Accessory slot.

For another measly +2 stats total, however, the Playboy gains a second Accessory slot. A second Accessory slot is useful, especially when paired with Jenna's Accessory making skill.
Nayla
(Silver) Nayla receives +4 Sociability.

The Vain Noblewoman receives a total stat gain of +4.
Qais
(Silver) Qais receives +3 Charisma | +3 Sociability

Overall, the former Noble prisoner gains a total of +6 stats.
Rabah
(Bronze) Rabah receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma

Fatuna's brother-in-law receives +4 stats total along with a generic event message. He can barely be considered a follower, since he doesn't have functionality for a lot of things- he can't equip any items at all.
Riel
(Stone) Riel receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The Female Barbarian Leader receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Roaming Swordsman
(Gold) The Roaming Swordsman receives +0 stats, but a Weapon slot.

At +0 stat total, Sirshana's existing stats are enough to only need a second Weapon slot anyway.
Raed
(Bronze) Raed receives +2 Survival and a Weapon slot.


In total, the Vagrant Leader receives +2 stats total. Two weapons can be useful, however.
Retainers
Retainers and Generic characters like "Outspoken Prisoner" seem to receive +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

This +4 stat gain is Malkina's 'generic' event. Though, since Retainers get broken after a single use, they go away after they receive their outfit. It's not clear if there's a use other than wasting 5 gold.
Salwiyah
(Bronze) Salwiyah receives +2 Sociability | +2 Charisma.

The Cuckoo receives +4 stats in total, along with a generic event message.
Shama
(Silver) Shama receives +3 Charisma | +3 Combat

The Social Butterfly receives +6 stats total.
Sliman
(Silver) Sliman receives +4 Stealth.

The Masked Warrior, who is totally not a former Royal Guard receives +4 stats total.
Zaki
(Bronze) Zaki receives +3 Stealth | +2 Wisdom.

The Young Noble receives a total stat gain of +5.
Zephyr
(Stone) Zephyr receives +2 Physique | +2 Charisma | +2 Survival

The errand running Slave receives a total of +6 stats, much like Aziz.

mrekun left a comment previously that Malkina's outfits add +1 Magic and +1 Physique if both Malkina and the one receiving the outfit have the Cultist tag, I believe.

Worth poking into. Making Malkina a Cultist seems to *add* Magic and other stats to people if they are also Cultists when she makes their outfit. Like Nayla got her usual +4 Sociability... and then got +1 Magic and +1 Physique on top of that with Insight for you.

Need to do some more testing with that...

Yep. He gets no stats, but can use two weapons afterwards.
Badriyyah gains +2 Sociability and +2 Charisma.

Once you get Jenna cranking out those Accessories, yeah. I think we can pretty definitively say that the rarity of the follower doesn't affect their outfit at all at this point.

All good! I can confirm that Gold Maggie gets the same as Bronze Maggie as well.

Extra Accessory slots are well worth the money as Silver and Gold Accessories have 4 or more stats on them. So an extra Accessory Slot can probably be considered as 4+ extra stats... that the player can allocate as they see fit rather than being locked in.

This gets nuts if you have Jenna as you can then do crazy things like give Maggie and Lumera like... 2x Sun and Moon Armlets... or 2x Strange Masks... or a combination thereof.
