RPG Overhaul -Tempest Class Specializations

Description
This mod adds Viper's proficiency class Frost Tempest as an RPGO specialization

Three Ability Trees:
Frost Tempest: Lightning Master
"Channel the raw power of lightning to electrify and devastate enemies. This specialization focuses on shock damage and chain attacks."
Overload enemies with high-voltage strikes, chain lightning, and debuffs that cripple robotic foes.

Frost Tempest: Cryo Adept
"Harness the chilling power of ice to freeze and shatter foes. This specialization excels at crowd control and breaking enemy defenses."
Lock down enemies with freezing abilities, shatter armor, and create hazardous icy terrain.

Frost Tempest: Storm Caller
"Command the combined forces of weather to control the battlefield. This versatile specialization balances offensive power with tactical advantage."
Blend lightning and frost into area denial, buff allies with storm-based mobility, and disrupt enemy formations.

Notes:
Future Plans: The remaining proficiency classes are in development and will be added soon!

The last abilitys in every class (Void lightning, Teineis wind and Shock shoulder) when i pick the classes they dont start in the squad rank but the next one Lance corporal. So the previus abilitys gets applyed outside the slect ability and can not get picked. Is there a fix for this?
