Simple guide on how to turn off Chromatic Aberration, Motion Blur and Film Grain since they don't give you the option in game.

How to:
  • Press either on your keyboard or the Windows taskbar
  • Type AppData and press Enter
  • Go to Local > Dust > Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
  • Open Engine.ini with Notepad or preferably Notepad++
  • At the bottom paste the following:
[SystemSettings] r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0 r.MotionBlur.Max=0 r.MotionBlurQuality=0 r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0 r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization=0 r.Tonemapper.Quality=0
  • Save the file and start the game

With CA
Without CA

Devs, for the love of god stop putting these in games, it never looks good, or if you do give us the option to turn them off.

Great guide, although I had to set the file to "read only" as the game would remove these on start 😔 Couldn't agree more with you though - there should have been options in the settings to turn this nonsense off. Looks so much better without all the smear on screen.
