As you mentioned, the texture placement could use some more work. It would be amazing if you were able to fully recreate the original 3DO version. But, as you said, some of the textures from that version just don’t exist here.
From what I remember, the maze with the little girl who asks you riddles in the 3DO version used different textures for each part of the maze. In contrast, both the PC version and Resurrected use the same dull textures throughout, which makes it feel a lot less interesting visually.
