Full sheltered difficulty playthrough video with clear timestamps & input displayed
By DeltaLeeds
I haven't seen any videos anywhere consisting of a clear for this game, so I might as well put my sheltered clear video here to help those struggling with parts of the game. The video also has clears timestamped for convenience as well as keyboard inputs displayed!

The playthrough video

Hope this helps anyone struggling at the game.

The playthrough above skips 22.22%, 72.22% and 77.78%, the video below show me properly clearing those levels for those actually needing a reliable solution / proper completion for Vulnerable difficulty.

Thoughts for each segment...
This is all based on my experience in sheltered difficulty. I'm sure everything beyond 30% is like 10 times harder in Vulnerable, so don't take this part seriously...

0% - 11.11%
Everything up to the 11.11% is straightforward...
Difficulty: 0.2 / 5.

16.67%
The worst part is timing the jump to squeeze through the spring gap. Other than that you just need to time a few easy wall jumps.
Difficulty: 0.5 / 5.

22.22%
The shortcut makes this too easy. Without the shortcut, this segment just requires a bit of simple jumps and crouching from saw blades, not difficult.
Difficulty without shortcut: 1 / 5.
Difficulty with shortcut: 0 / 5.

27.78%
The first time I tried this took me over half an hour to remember that I could dash mid-air. Once you figure it out, this segment isn't too hard. The axe portal is a minor annoyance, along with a bit of spicy wall jumping towards the end.
Difficulty: 1.5 / 5.

33.33%
Some spicy jumps and wall jumps but there's plenty of room for error compared to later stages so I consider this one low-mid difficulty.
Difficulty: 2 / 5.

38.89%
Segment with springs is super easy to time. The saw blade segment on the wall jumps can be quite tricky at first. The spikes at the end of the stage is pretty devious but easy to go through if you gather enough momentum.
Difficulty: 2.5 / 5.

44.44%
Some somewhat tricky wall jumps all around. Might take a bit of time to figure out. You can get lucky if you die at the last saw blade and have your head roll to the next checkpoint.
Difficulty: 3 / 5.

50%
Easy compared to 44.44% and maybe even 38.89%. The rotating platform bit is pretty easy, just do small hops on it and you'll get used to it. Just don't forget to quickly get out of the wall jump space after the rotating platforms to the gap on the right with saws before an anvil hits you. C O M E D Y.
Difficulty: 2 / 5.

55.56%
More annoying than hard. Mostly sticking to the walls and wall jumping to stand on the first two cannons are my personal reliable methods for avoiding the stupid balls and you just time the last one.
Difficulty: 1.5 / 5.

61.11%
Extremely short and straightforward, though a bit rng-ish and annoying. Pray that the axe coming out of the portal doesn't hit you and that's that done and dusted.
Difficulty: 0.5 / 5.

66.67%
Very straightforward and definitely a super quick segment this late in the game, though it might take a few tries to time your air dash to not get hit by the blades to obtain the next rose.
Difficulty: 1.5 / 5.

72.22%
I accidentally found this skip in my first playthrough. Unlike the 22.22% shortcut which was extremely easy to pull off, this one had a lot of rng involved. Pray and hope your head hits the checkpoint below the laser and you skip the 77.78% segment as well.
Difficulty with shortcut: 1.5* / 5 (* Heaps of RNG involved)

The normal method is probably around 44.44%'s level of difficulty with similar precise wall jumping required, only with one harder jump in the beginning.
Difficulty: 3.25 / 5.

77.78%
Straightforward, but very, very RNG heavy due to how the shooting ball interacts with the spinning platform, as well as that terrible spring ending that requires good timing to get through.
Difficulty: 3.75* / 5. (* Heaps of RNG involved)

83.33%
Worst segment of the game before the last one. Nothing else comes close. A lot of RNG is involved. The first part is straightforward albeit quite difficult. Doing mini hops (Tapping W) on the platform as to not land on the saw blades below / the laser above did the trick for me.

The part after the spinning platforms is my least favorite section of the game as it involves praying that the platform's rotations are in your favor to make it through and not get hit by the final spikes before the spring section.

The spring section is the also really difficult and took me... Over an hour and 20 minutes to figure out in my first playthrough. You have to carefully jump on the rotating squares on the saw blades as to not accidentally wall jump to saw blades or jump too late to get eviscerated.

Tons of patience is required for this horrible segment, but with enough dedication and luck, you'll get through it eventually.
Difficulty: 5* / 5. (* Has a lot of RNG)

88.89%
Just a bunch of very precise jumps through saw blades. The last jump has to be done via wall jump and NOT from below which took me 15 minutes to figure out in my first playthrough. Otherwise pretty straightforward and quite the cakewalk compared to the previous worst 83.33% segment.
Difficulty: 3 / 5

Final Rose, 94.44%
Figuring out what to do was the hardest part for me in my first playthrough, not the execution itself, but even then, the execution gets really precise and difficult, especially with the length of the segment, so tons of patience and determination is required for this final checkpoint. This took me 2.5 hours to beat in my first playthrough. I can split this looong and crazy hard segment into 3 parts.

Floor 1
A mastery of jump momentum and wall jumps is absolutely required here. The first section of this segment has you do a very precise wall jump on the right side of the platform with spikes. You need to jump and have enough momentum to stick to the right side of the platform and do a very precise wall jump at the right height to the next platform and also to not overshoot to hit the saw blade on it.

This next part took me over 2 hours to figure out in my first playthrough... Embarrassing that it took me that long as it's actually straightforward. While jumping to the platform with saws, dash and maintain your dash speed to stick to the right wall with two sawblades to wall jump to the part of the platform without a blade and land on top of it and you are one step up in this segment to what I call the "2nd floor".

I'd say this part of 94.44% is harder than most previous segments with the exception of 83.33%. Difficulty: 4 / 5.

Floor 2
The 2nd worst part of the game. Not from rng, nothing tops 83.33%'s bs rng, but the precision required for the wall jump to thread the needle of saw blades is insane. These are where most of my attempts on 94.44% die and it took me an hour of trying this segment to get the first successful attempt in my first playthrough.

The part after this is extremely easy though, just duck / crouch a bunch of saws. Jump at the right times, do a few more wall jumps and you will be in floor 3 where RNG is actually around...
Difficulty: 5 / 5.

Floor 3
The first part with the axes is extremely easy. The ball section with two cannons shooting them on the left and right side of the section is quite RNG... You have to hope that no balls impede your way to the other side of that section otherwise you are likely screwed. Dashing helps a lot here to speed up your way to the other side.
Difficulty: 1.5*/ 5. (*RNG)

Final Jump
Descend and land on the spinning square. Jump over to the right where there's a spring and wall jump at the right angle to just about fit through the spinning blades... This is literally only very difficult because of having to get through all the other obstacles without fail, only to end with a precise wall jump. Once you land without getting eviscerated, you can breath a sigh of relief, do one last easy wall jump from the left wall and dashing to prevent yourself from getting hit by the blade, reach the other side.... And you beat the game.

Overall difficulty of 94.44%: 6/5
