Black Armor Combine

A reskin some people asked me to do. I figured why not, since the original addon this is based off is broken, I could just go ahead and make a revamped version. I did not anticipate the searing headache I would suddenly get during the creation of this addon. Nevertheless, this was made pretty quickly (about an hour or two) so it didn't really matter.

This gives Combine Soldiers black body armor, some new textures, texture fixes, and other small tweaks that aren't too noticeable and don't get in the way.
