Since there aren't one on Steam, I thought I could make one as I played the game.
Note: Haven't finished the game yet currently on Second run

Symbol

• Yellow diamond = Breakable Crystal
  
• Red square = Chest
  
• Exclamation mark = Enemy will spawn
  
• Hazard line (Yellow) = The room it surround will locked and require you clear all enemies to leave
  
• Hazard line (Red) = Won't open (Some will open after you revisit the Ordeal)
  
• Yellow circle = End of this map
  
• Blue circle = Event
  
• Green circle = The beginning
  
• Red devil = Revenants (at least one) **disclaimer: It might be wrong in some places since only tested thrice per maps and they still can randomly spawn on blank space**
  
• Red skull = Aberrant/Boss
