Resource Nodes Audio Fix

This is a quick mod to see if I could fix the audio in the ResourceNodes mod by Math (found here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3470035064 )

For this I simply made the audio file a mono wav that's correctly set up how SE likes it and set the volume of the sounds in game to far lower levels.

For this mod to work in a local hosted game it must be placed higher in the load order than the ResourceNodes mod, both mods must be present.
