This modification fixes several bugs that TIS is too busy (or can't be bothered) to fix.

- Fixes Tires Removed From Vehicles Tire Pressure Being Set To Zero.
- Fixes Black Lights (On Texture) For Kentucky State Trooper & Louisville County Dash Bulldriver.
- Fixes Ground Illumination Color From Red & Red To Red & Blue For Kentucky State Trooper & Louisville County Dash Bulldriver.
- Fixes Ground Illumination Color From Red & Red To Yellow & Yellow For Airport Operations & Airport Security Chevailer D6.
- Fixes Damage Model Shader For All Modern Police Cars.
- Fixes Pie Preperation Consuming the pan along with the pie when eaten.
- Fixes EN Translation Error For Sporting Goods Store Key.
- Fixes EN Translation Errors For Greene's & Ovo Farms Franklin Valuline.
- Allows Bleach, Cleaning Liquid, Cologne, & Perfume To Be Combined With Itself.
- Allows Cleaning Liquid, Cologne, & Perfume To Be Blended With Beverages.
- Fixes Missing EN Trasnlation Entry For (Big, Normal & Small) Vehicle Gas Tanks That Casued Them To Show Up As Fluid_Container_Gastank.
- Adds Missing 3D Models To Traps.

Important : I have not tested this alongside any other modifications and it may need to be loaded before other modifications in order for all parts to function.
