Shadowman's Blood-Ragers 6.x.x patch and forward

Hello everyone, Shadowman gave me permission to update his mod for 6.0 and foward.

Khorne’s elite demonic infantry is back and meaner than ever. You can recruit them at Tier 4 alongside the Soul Grinder. Their stats been changed to sit right between Exalted Bloodletters and Wrathmongers—ready to smash faces and haul skulls back to the Skull Throne.
