Forge a new frontier, with Hephaestus.

Author's notes:
The Perseus Utility Drone was designed to fit in the drone bays.
The Rocket FX mod was used to achieve the big drive laser effect and the ship has preset values if loaded in a world alongside the mod.
This thing's been in the works for *way* too long and while it will function in survival, certain internal parts are not configured. Please never let me make something this huge again.

If you're referring to the big glorious laser used in the thumbnail, I'm afraid that's just an edited photo- this build is vanilla. However, if loaded in a world using the Rocket FX mod the Hephaestus has preset values in its engines to achieve something kind of like a laser plume.

Hey
Can you tell what mod did you used for the engine?

I'm not sure, I'd have to test it again but I think it was the pillars you're using to mimic cables?

That's... odd. I never encountered any issues in testing. Do you know where pieces are falling off?

I love the build!
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like its capable of mobility. Whenever I move it, I hear creaking as those pieces of it are falling off.

Honestly surprised and flattered to hear people still remember my builds, having been away from this game for such a long time ^^
You've done good finding the vibe right and keeping your style! Love these semi-realistic ships.

Haven't seen it, but I can see the resemblance to the ship from that movie.

no inspiration from the sunshine movie?

I really appreciate that! The Demeter line actually took heavy influence from your Answeller and Astron ships, I thank you for the inspiration!
