To obtain this achievment you need to take from Time - "Clone" offer and find in act 3 handouts called - Necronomicon (looks like a book on a pedestal). When interact with it you need to choose [Unsummon].
Also you can find a crystal with the same option.

Make sure that your clone is not killed, otherwise the achievement may not be counted.

Just found the Necronomicon too and [Unsummon] still exists.
...unfortunately i didn't get Time

Unfortunately it spawns only in act 3. Also there is a crystal with the same option.
No need in 30 darkness.

15+ runs in 30 darkness and still not find it ;(
maybe it will be better to find in act 1? or it's only in 3 act?

Bnshees from act 3 also can charm your clone. (Just dont kill them too fast) You just have to watch out when clone will have black heart over his head. Lady of the Lake also can charm your clone.
