Hints, Question Solutions, and Final Stage Tips (+ Secrets!) [English]
By eelcakes
This guide was made to help people who want some nudges in the right direction, but at the end of every question, there'll be a solution on how to quickly bypass the puzzles as easily as possible if you just want to move on. The hints provided here were taken from the game and roughly translated into English.

QUESTION ONE
Hints:
Look around at the items near the computer.

Take a look at the controller on the desk.

Solution:
Blue, Yellow, Red, Green
note- make sure you select the darker of the blues and not the teal one.

• Explanation:
Looking at the controller on the table, the colors correspond with the letters. Pretty straight forward.
QUESTION TWO
Hints:
Find the sphere-like objects that are red, yellow, and green.

Take notice of the level that they float at.

Solution:
When standing in front of the baskets by the door to the room, put the green apple in the lowest (closest to the floor; leftmost) basket, the red apple in the center one, and the yellow apple in the highest (directly next to the door.)
• Explanation:
Also very simple, but the apples just float at different levels in the room and need to be placed in the respective baskets that match those heights to unlock the door, lol. I think everyone probably managed to figure this one out. L, do you know that Mikus love apples?????
QUESTION THREE
》PART 1
Hints:
Recall the 'mystery' from last time.
• No idea wtf this means exactly and I could be wrong, but I think the dev is maybe suggesting to look around the room and observe, like we did for the very first question with looking around the desk, since that should lead you to notice something that stands out.

Solution:
a. lol, look around the room and find the rug on the floor. Now you know the solution has something to do with a rug!
b. The KOEGASURU paper on the wall by the door has E, G, and both U's in color. If you use these letters to fill in the blanks keeping the rug in mind, you'll probably come to the conclusion that the “hint” spells out USE RUG lol who could have imagined.

》PART 2
Hints:
Place it over the 'suspicious' area of the floor.

Solution:
Oh my god, it can't possibly be the rug, right??
• Explanation:
It's almost like this was spelled out for us, haha get it, the letters, you know???

✪✪✪DOOR CODE:
0 8 6 8 0 6
QUESTION FOUR
Hints:
Take a look at where the Mikus are standing.

Notice the direction each Miku is facing.

Solution:
Click the text box with the 'R' (left of the 'send') that took me legitimately 15 minutes to notice (because of the great use of light grey on white) and type “repeat” (not case sensitive) and then click the send button.
• Explanation:
Looking at the image with the random letters, you'll see that each Miku is 'standing' over a section of lettering in the room. It's EP, ER, and AT.
You can see they're each looking at a different Miku, but since we need to spell something out we need to start with one. However, the only word we can get is by looking at the top right Miku and moving around counter-clockwise. Taking the letters into consideration, it'll spell RE-PE-AT.

Once you've completed this final, fourth puzzle, you should get the 'Master Puzzle Solver' Achievement.
FINAL STAGE
Preface:
You have three minutes to shoot leeks at Miku until you get 1500 points and then do a speedrun of the game.

Frustratingly, I had to repeat this stage several times because I couldn't get the achievement to unlock. I think viewing the music video (MV) from the completion of the main game is required, since the last achievement didn't unlock until I did that and then played the final stage again.

My game crashed constantly while I played this and then the MV refused to load a few times, but eventually when I quickly solved the questions/puzzles, it took a few minutes to load.

If you have issues with crashing and getting the MV to load, just do another playthrough and move quickly, entering only the door code in the second room to get to the last room, ignoring the whole rug thing.

Tips and Notes:
• The gold leeks are worth 100 points instead of the regular ones that are only worth 50 points.
• You can shoot more than one Miku with the same leek as long as they're standing in your line of fire and get points for both.
• You can shoot Miku through objects, for example, the clothing rack with t-shirts.
• Golden leeks have a cooldown time of about ten seconds after picking them up before they will spawn again.
• ALWAYS use a gold leek if you have access to one to save time by gathering the 1500 points quickly. In a perfect situation, you can run through the game with 45 seconds, but having 60 seconds is ideal in case any Mikus slow you down.
• If you're struggling to hit a Miku, wait for her to stop moving before shooting. Keep in mind that some Mikus may move again after stopping, so make sure to be aware of their movement patterns.
• If Miku touches you, she'll disappear, and I'm not sure if this was intended because the game is so buggy, but my speed seemed to slow down quite a bit, so try to keep out of her way, especially when you reach 1500 points and are ready to leave the room to go solve the rest of the puzzles!

When you throw your very first green onion at a Miku, you'll get an achievement.

To unlock the final achievement for mastering your green onion throws, you need to get 1500 points AND solve the four questions in the same run within three minutes.
SECRETS
lol, okay, it's actually just one secret as far as I know, sorry for the clickbait.

In the third room, there's an L-shaped table to the upper right as you walk through the doorway with the computer on it that shows an overview image (not the one with letters) of the room you're in. On that table, there's a white, uhhh?? Playstation memory card maybe???? I think that's what it's supposed to be. Clicking on it will give you the URL and password (case sensitive) to the dev's tumblr that has downloadable music from the game.

Goodluck and feel free to comment any feedback or corrections! Miku believes in you!

hi, i think the hint for Q3 means that letters corresponding to the apple colors (RYB) should be put to top/middle/bottom position according to the apple weight.
